This is a standard SaaS terms skeleton. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it commercially.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using StreamrList, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
StreamrList lets agencies and creators publish live-aware rosters and creator profiles, manage account settings, and optionally subscribe to paid plans. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and any staff or creator access you grant.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, infringe others’ rights, or breach these terms.
4. Content you publish
You retain ownership of content you upload (profiles, links, branding, roster data). You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights to publish any creator or brand content you add.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to distribute malware, scrape or attack systems, impersonate others, violate platform terms of connected services, or publish unlawful or harmful content.
6. Paid plans & billing
Paid features are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the checkout and billing portal terms presented at purchase. Taxes may apply.
7. Third-party services
Live status and outbound links depend on third-party platforms (for example Twitch, TikTok, Stripe). Their availability and policies are outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
The StreamrList software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that live status from third-party platforms will always be accurate or timely.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you are on a free plan).
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that should survive (including IP, liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those protections.
